The Duchess of Cornwall at the Swiss Cottages Farmers Market

The Duchess of Cornwall along with her husband, the Prince of Wales, visited the Swiss Cottages Farmers Market to celebrate twenty years of London Farmers Markets. They met with stallholders, taste tested some of their products and learned more about the work they do.
The Prince of Wales was able to speak with Isidora Popovic, the founder of Popina bakeries in London. She set up the bakery in 1999 after receiving a grant from the Prince's Trust and now has two locations as well as running a stall at farmers markets. London Farmers began in 1999 and sells a wide variety of fresh produce from local London farmers and artisan food producers.
The Duchess of Cornwall also visited Hempen who grow and produce organic Hemp and CBD. Camilla was described as being very knowledgeable on the subject and she thinks the relief it can provide people is "fantastic".

Prince Charles has long taken an interest in supporting farmers across the U.K. both in the ways he runs the Duchy of Cornwall and the charities and initiatives he backs. Camilla was meant to attend the Field of Remembrance service with Harry and Meghan but unfortunately had to cancel owing to a chest infection. We can expect to see the Duchess of Cornwall (pending further announcements from Clarence House) at both the Festival of Remembrance and the Remembrance Sunday Service. xx
