The charity has a long history with the royal family after the Princess of Wales became patron of the organization in 1992. Princess Diana brought both Prince William and Prince Harry to the charity at various points and it eventually became one of the first charities that Prince William became patron on in 2005. Princess Beatrice has shown her support for a few charities with similar goals to Centrepoint. She has supported her mother, Sarah Fergusons, work with Street Child which aims to get children off the street with their work spanning ten different countries across Africa and the Middle-East.

While Princess Beatrice's fiance, Edoardo Mapellia Mozzi, was not with her at the gala but the pair are likely hard at work planning their upcoming nuptials. It is believed the wedding will take place sometime in Spring 2020 with more details to be released in due course. xx
