The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attend the Royal Variety Performance

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed a night out at the Royal Variety Performance at the Palladium Theatre in London last week. The performance, which is attended by members of the Royal Family each year, in done in support of the Royal Variety Charity of which The Queen is patron.
The Royal Variety Charity supports people young and old who have worked in the entertainment industry and are in need of help. The Charity supports a nursing home for elderly performers, Brinsworth House and aims to assist entertainers in need all over the country.

This was William and Catherine's third year in attendance at the annual show. They met with the cast of Mary Poppins before the show as well as mingling with performers on stage following the performance. The couple previously attended in 2014 and 2017, always seeming to have a good time at the show between joining in on the hosts jokes and meeting performers.
The Duke of Cambridge has a tour scheduled for 1st December to 4th December visiting Kuwait and Oman. No official appearances have been scheduled for the Duchess before end of year but as of now, we should expect to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge together at Sandringham for Christmas. xx
